Format of the files:
After download, you can read the opening materials as you like: printed, text on your monitor screen, and/or with ChessBase software.  All materials are provided in 2 different file formats for your convenience:

• PDF documents - which you can easily read and/or print with the free Adobe Reader
• ChessBase Files - which you can use if you have Fritz or ChessBase software - to go through the games directly on your computer
